Outdoors
“Top 10 Winter Destination” by Travel & Table for Chase Sapphire. (2012)
It would be hard to visit Burlington without getting the itch to explore it’s natural beauty. Even within the city boundaries there are amazing places to get outdoors, enjoy the fresh air and take in the sights of our great little state. If you have a bike and can bring it along, do! Rollerblades? Sure! If you’re the gear-less type, bring some walking shoes and take a stroll. Our neighborhoods are historic, a path runs along the waterfront for miles and if you’re truly feeling adventurous you can do it all in the buff. Burlington’s public nudity law allowing Vermonter’s to stroll about town al fresco is NOT a myth, but you must leave the property nude!
